We made this fresh and flavorful extra virgin olive oil especially for the holidays and packaged it in a beautiful Italian bottle with a festive label. Our intent was to create a unique holiday gift so we only make 1000 bottles each year. It is made from a blend of hand picked olives at our state-of-the-art mill with the utmost care to achieve the best quality possible.

It is a fairly mild oil, suitable for a wide variety of uses. We recommend it blended in salad dressing, drizzled over cheese and vegetables, or baked potatoes, as a marinade for fish, or tossed with pasta and herbs. One of our favorite things is to use it to make guacamole. Try it!
