We blended this oil with autumn dishes in mind. It is made from different Italian varietals olives which give it its spicy and robust taste. We recommend using it on any fall vegetables and produce, or on traditional and hearty autumn dishes, such as roasted cauliflower with garlic, roasted fennel and carrots, sauté of fresh fava beans, onions and fennel, or pasta with butternut squash.
It is presented in a beautiful Italian cruet bottle with a lovely label inspired by fall colors.
