We made each of these four extra virgin olive oils with seasonal produce and dishes in mind, to try to capture the flavors of each season. The Summer Blend is fruity and full-bodied; the Autumn Blend is spicy and robust; the Holiday Blend is flavorful yet fairly mild; and the Spring Olio Nuovo is fresh and piquant.

These oils come in lovely Italian cruet bottles with labels inspired by the colors of each season. The series is a great addition to any kitchen, both from an esthetic and from a culinary point of view.
